Our organisation in Australia

With a heritage dating back to Louis Pasteur (who pioneered vaccination), Sanofi Pasteur (formerly Aventis Pasteur), is the vaccines division of the sanofi-aventis group.

The sanofi pasteur Australian subsidiary, based in Macquarie Park, NSW, was registered in November 1998 and began commercial operations with our influenza vaccine in 2000.

Our sales force is present in every State, covering the big cities and suburbs. Our customer service works closely with distributors to ensure a best-in-class service to our customers.

Our success in the vaccine market in Australia has led to a growth from 5 to 43 employees in 10 years.

Our activities are focused on 3 core product franchises: Influenza, Travel and Endemic Risk (TER) and Pertussis, Polio, Hib combinations (PPH).
